Seeing and hearing the sounds of nature can drastically improve mental health. Even if you aren’t able to walk around among trees with the sounds of the birds chirping, you can still take a drive and roll down the windows. Yes, Audi's do have a fantastic sound system, but turn that off for a moment and feel a light breeze and see some beautiful trees and plants. There are no shortage of inspirational podcasts to help us with mental clarity and tips on self-care. There are podcasts that can help with grief, postpartum depression, anxiety and more.  Queue one up and focus on the uplifting benefits and advice they provide. Alternatively, if podcasts are not your thing, fire up one of your favorite playlists. Whether that is country, hair bands from the 80s or K-pop. Listen to what you love! It’s a surefire mood booster!  

 

  1. 3. Roll down those windows in your Audi and get some fresh air – a surefire way to improve mental outlook 

Got a sunroof or a convertible? Put the top down or open up that sunroof and let the light and wind surround you and live in the moment. Even if it is a short drive while you run an errand, the short reprieve from the hustle and bustle of daily life may be just what you need to lift your spirits.  

 

  1. Electric Vehicles – stress less about gas prices and car costs!
